What is the job?

This is an opportunity for someone who has excellent customer service skills and a strong interest in technology to join a friendly fast paced company based in North Dublin. The role is varied and you will be using your communication, technical and administrative skills to support our clients and staff across the business. You will be fully trained and will be working in a supportive environment where you will have the opportunity to learn and grow within the role.

Principal Responsibilities:

Your role will be varied however some of the key elements are as follows:

· Act as a first line of support to our staff in managing our clock in system, this will involve the following:

  • Dealing with all incoming calls to the building
  • Setting up user login’s and passwords
  • Trouble shooting any difficulties they may be having
  • Monitoring the system and highlighting any issues
  • Supporting staff to use the clock in system correctly
  • Responsible for all incoming calls to the building and directing them accordingly
  • Welcoming clients to the building and supporting with hospitality when required
  • Deal with general office administration as and when required
  • Managing the daily post to the building
  • Supporting teams across the business with administration when required

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Interest and aptitude for technology
  • Fluent written and verbal English
  • Fluent in German
