We are seeking a HR Administrator to support our human resources department. The Administrator will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

What will my day look like as an Administrator?

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Process employee onboarding and offboarding paperwork, including employment contracts, background checks, and exit interviews.
  • Coordinate employee training and development activities, including scheduling training sessions and tracking attendance.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Assist with payroll processing by verifying timesheets, updating employee information, and addressing payroll-related queries.
  • Manage HR-related databases and systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Assist in the implementation and administration of HR programs and initiatives, such as performance management, employee recognition, and wellness programs.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and presentations for management as needed.
  • Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations and ensure HR policies and practices are compliant.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing, photocopying, and managing correspondence.

  • You have a qualification in Human Resources; Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role preferred;
  • You can act on your initiative and care about attention to detail;
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and are able to liaise with colleagues on current issues;
  • You have excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have experience in the Cleaning industry including Hotels, Retail or Facilities Management.
  • Fluent in English. Dutch and/or German an advantage
