Als Mobile Cleaner is je primaire verantwoordelijkheid het leveren van efficiënte schoonmaakdiensten van hoge kwaliteit aan verschillende locaties en klanten in heel Ierland. Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:
- Reiniging en Sanistatie: Grondig schoonmaken en saneren van klantlocaties in heel Ierland. Dit houdt in vegen, dweilen, afstoffen, stofzuigen, oppervlakken afnemen, desinfecteren en voorraden aanvullen.
- Afvalbeheer: Op de juiste manier afvoeren van afvalmaterialen, volgens vastgestelde richtlijnen en voorschriften. Ervoor zorgen dat afvalbakken regelmatig geleegd worden en dat afval gescheiden wordt ingezameld.
- Rapportage en documentatie: Houd nauwkeurige gegevens bij van schoonmaakactiviteiten, inclusief voltooide taken, schoongemaakte gebieden en gebruikte voorraden.
- Veiligheid en naleving: Houd je aan alle veiligheidsrichtlijnen, inclusief het juiste gebruik van persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen (PBM's). Volg vastgestelde protocollen en procedures om ervoor te zorgen dat gezondheids- en veiligheidsvoorschriften worden nageleefd.
- Timemanagement: Efficiënt je schema beheren en taken prioriteren om de toegewezen schoonmaakdoelen binnen de aangegeven tijd te halen. Aanpassen aan veranderende prioriteiten of dringende verzoeken met behoud van hoge kwaliteitsnormen.
- Klantenservice: Professioneel en beleefd omgaan met klanten of cliënten. Antwoord geven op vragen, problemen aanpakken en een positieve en vriendelijke houding handhaven.
Kwalificaties en vaardigheden:
- Eerdere ervaring in schoonmaak- of conciërgediensten heeft de voorkeur.
- Kennis van schoonmaaktechnieken, -apparatuur en -middelen.
- Sterke aandacht voor detail en het vermogen om hoge netheidsnormen te handhaven.
- Uitstekende vaardigheden op het gebied van tijdbeheer en organisatie.
- Effectieve communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om te communiceren in het Engels.
- In staat zijn om zelfstandig en met minimale supervisie te werken.

As a Mobile Cleaner, your primary responsibility is to provide efficient and high-quality cleaning services to various locations and clients across Ireland. You will ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met, contributing to the overall appearance and hygiene of our client locations. Your role requires attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work independently. You will be supplied with a company vehicle and all the tools and equipment needed to allow you work successfully across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and Sanistation: Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of customer locations across the Republic of Ireland. This involves sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, wiping surfaces, disinfecting, and restocking supplies.
- Waste Management: Properly dispose of waste materials, following established guidelines and regulations. Ensure that waste bins are emptied regularly and waste segregation practices are maintained.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, including completed tasks, areas cleaned, and supplies used.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Time Management: Efficiently manage your schedule and prioritize tasks to meet assigned cleaning targets within designated timeframes. Adapt to changing priorities or urgent requests while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally and courteously with customers or clients. Respond to inquiries, address concerns, and maintain a positive and friendly demeanor.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and cleaning agents.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to communicate in English
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and locations.
- Willing to travel to different sites
