Workplace

CCS believe that success in business starts with creating a positive company culture. We believe in treating all of our people with fairness, tolerance and honesty. CCS understands that a diverse workplace makes for a better workplace and are honoured to have 89 different nationalities represented across the business. Every single member of our team is valued and we recognise that CCS wouldn't be the same without our people. Community

CCS aims to have a positive impact on the communities we belong to and leave them in better shape than we found them. We fund many community-based initiatives such as sports teams and local charities. Our CCS team uses green cleaning to minimise carbon footprints and safeguard the health of local communities from hazardous chemical residues. We also support the creation of local job opportunities and support long-term growth.

Environment

CCS do everything we can to act in an environmentally responsible and sustainable way. We uphold strong environmental policies and practices across the business. Community Initiatives

Giving back to our communities

'Giving back to the local community' is the crux of our community CSR policy. We aim to create a meaningful difference by supporting public health and hygiene and ensuring overall development and well-being.

Frank Cullen Scholarship Fund

People are at the heart of our business. Frank Cullen, our former managing director, passed away in 2011. Frank taught our business the importance of teamwork, the benefits of hard work, and the importance of giving back to our communities and caring for one another. He was one of life's true gentlemen and inspired us all. The Frank Cullen Scholarship Fund honours his legacy by supporting education and development within our team.

Charitable Donations

CCS supports a number of local and international charities through donations and fundraising. We choose which charities we jointly support and try to select the ones that matter to our employees. We have supported a number of deserving charities including AsIAm, Childline, Crumlin Children's Hospital, Ronald McDonald House, The Hope Foundation and locally based charities for the homeless in Poland.

CCS provides employment opportunities for a wide variety of people in countless European communities. We do not use any agencies and we hire all of our employees ourselves — that means we build strong relationships right from the start and find the people we believe will best fit the business. We are grateful to have many longstanding employees and do our best to accommodate staff transfers and change requests.
