CCS provide employment opportunities for a diverse range of people across countless European communities. We don’t use agencies and do all our hiring ourselves; this means that we build strong relationships from the very start and find the people who we think are the right fit for the business. We’re grateful to have many long-serving staff and do our very best to accommodate staff transfers and change of hours requests.
We started the Faces of CCS series as a way to highlight all the amazing people on our teams. Each month, we interview someone who works in the business and ask them about their, hopes, dreams, challenges and tribulations. We share these stories on our Facebook page so that all of our 2,500 people get a sense of who else is working for CCS. Our people have amazing stories to tell and we’re delighted to be able to showcase them. Over time we hope to build up a huge library of stories.
