This was a really exciting project to work on. The client’s offices are in a converted modern space and house over 750 employees. The space is contemporary, open-plan and spread over several floors. It’s an energetic and vibrant space with plenty of glass and high imposing ceilings.

As this office cleaning involved a change of service provider, a lot of foundation work was done to make this as smooth a transition for the client as possible. Our fundamental goal was to ensure that there was no interruption of service and that we provided professional and high-quality cleaning results.

For us, an in-depth understanding of our clients’ needs is imperative. We recognise that every customer has a different set of expectations and goals and thus sit down with the client to create a bespoke cleaning plan that can fulfil their expectations.

For this project our client was concerned with maximising efficiency. We were able to deliver this expectation through our unique auditing system. Our client was given full access to this allowing them complete transparency. We also developed a way of working that meant our teams coordinated to manage and prioritise certain tasks.

This is a modern building with glass atriums and many unique architectural features. This meant that we collaborated with the client to create a totally bespoke cleaning plan.

In a period of uncertainty and changeover, we provided a consistent and reliable cleaning service that our client was extremely satisfied with. Initially, they noticed the obvious changes such as our local CCS management team on site, new staff uniforms and innovative cleaning methods and tools being used. As time went on, the client also noticed the smaller changes implemented that have a real impact. They will observe differences such as daily auditing of service, the upskilling of the supervisor and their operatives, the improved frequency of cleaning and the chemical-free methods we use to do this. All of these changes combine to deliver a high-functioning and professional cleaning service that makes the client’s life easier.
