The Job: As Site Manager of our new factory location, you are the driving force behind our cleaning mission. Your responsibility? Delivering efficient, high-quality and sustainable cleaning services. You monitor our standards and customer satisfaction. You are pivotal in maintaining customer relations and a positive working environment.

What You Do:

• Lead and motivate cleaning teams.
• Keep an eye on budgets and standards.
• Guarantee cleanliness and hygiene.
• Improve continuously with audits and customer feedback.
• Work closely with customers.
• Build customer relationships and solve problems.
• Ensure safety on the shop floor.
• Manage purchasing and reporting.
