With 89 nationalities represented at CCS, we’re proud to be a diverse organisation. It’s so important to CCS that everyone no matter their background feels welcomed and supported and that we truly live and represent diversity across the business. In 2018 CCS signed up to the ‘Diversity Charters’ of each of the countries we operate in. This allows us to develop and implement visible policies that promote diversity and inclusion across CCS. We do not tolerate discrimination of any kind under any grounds with any of our people or stakeholders.


CCS have developed a set of company values that we use to promote a culture of respect, collaboration and advancement. All of our people receive training on these values. We believe these values really play a huge part in strengthening and enhancing our company culture. Each month we reward our people who really exemplify these values. CCS also holds annual award days and staff breakfasts. This gives us an opportunity to celebrate and acknowledge our people who have truly lived these values in the past 12 months.
