We're looking for a flexible and experienced Housekeeping Manager (Mobile) to support multiple hotel locations. This is not a fixed-location role, instead, you’ll step in where you’re most needed: covering for resident managers during leave, assisting during peak periods, and providing support during transitions.

When not substituting, you’ll focus on onboarding and training new housekeeping staff and managers.

• Oversee housekeeping operations at different hotel locations when coverage is needed.

• Support and guide on-site teams, ensuring CCS quality standards are met.

• Train and coach new hires (managers, supervisors, and staff).

• Handle HR matters when needed, including recruitment and staff documentation

• Maintain regular client contact and address escalations promptly

• Conduct quality checks and provide performance feedback.
