As a Hotel Housekeeping Manager at CCS, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the daily housekeeping operations of the hotel, leading teams to ensure exceptional cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction.

You’ll manage staff scheduling, quality control, and operational processes while working closely with hotel management to deliver efficient, high-quality service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign and coordinate daily housekeeping tasks, ensuring proper staffing and shift coverage
  • Supervise housekeeping staff and provide ongoing guidance and support
  • Organize onboarding and ongoing training to maintain and improve service standards
  • Handle administrative tasks, including time tracking, productivity, and quality reporting
  • Conduct regular room inspections to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met
  • Provide constructive feedback and recognize strong performance
  • Evaluate staff performance, set objectives, and support development
  • Manage inventory through regular stock checks and timely reordering
Qualifications And Skills:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the housekeeping department of a hotel or similar establishment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • In-depth knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment used in the hospitality industry, along with an understanding of health and safety regulations and procedures related to housekeeping.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software for scheduling, inventory management, and reporting.
  • Ability to professionally and promptly address and resolve guest issues or complaints.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
