Languages: Fluency in English and Dutch required. German or Polish is a plus.
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Key Account Manager (Junior) to join our operations team in Netherlands. While our ideal candidate would be based in Den Bosch, we are open to applicants from other parts of the Netherlands.
In this role, you’ll take the lead in supporting and improving internal system usage (CORE) — CCS’s platform for transparency, client engagement, and service tracking.
You will not only help teams use CORE effectively but also analyze system data, identify improvement opportunities, and report insights that enhance both client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
A key part of this position involves managing key accounts through data-driven insights, combining information from CORE with external client feedback to strengthen relationships, anticipate needs, and support proactive service management.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with systems, driving process improvement, and using data to deliver real impact.
