Position Overview:

As a Recruiter (Junior) at CCS Cleaning, you will manage the recruitment process for medium and large-scale hiring within the retail and hospitality sectors.  

This dynamic, hands-on role involves posting job ads, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and making recruitment decisions. You will focus on recruiting cleaning staff and hotel employees.

Additionally, you will visit client sites, attend offline recruitment campaigns, and meet with staff teams to support recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, sourcing candidates, screening and interviewing for medium and large-scale roles
  • Collaborating with managers to determine the type of staff  required
  • Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals to attract qualified candidates
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and service providers
Qualifications And Skills:

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
  • First experience in recruitment, preferably in high-volume hiring. Background in hospitality or retail is also a plus
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines
  • Fluency in both English and Dutch is required. German is a plus
