• Client Communication: Regular contact with our clients to ensure service quality
• Team Coordination: Leading a team (supervisors and cleaning operatives), planning schedule, and overseeing daily operations
• On-Site Organisation: Managing timekeeping, supporting onboarding, ordering supplies, and handling administrative tasks
• Training & Support: Comprehensive onboarding and continuous development for new and current team members
• Operational Processes: Contributing to efficient planning and smooth execution in collaboration with the country manager
• Health & Safety and Quality Standards: Monitoring compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards through regular site visits
