Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure (Azure and AWS), administer Microsoft 365 services 📧, and provide support for e-commerce back-end systems 🛒.

Contribute to strategic IT initiatives, including security policies 🔒, Intune management 📱, and system upgrades ⚙️, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams 🤝.

• Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
• Configure and manage Intune for device compliance, application deployment, and endpoint security
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across hybrid environments
• Assist in IT projects including migrations, upgrades, and automation initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and efficient IT operations
• Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge base articles
