We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our housekeeping team as a Housekeeping Room Attendant / Supervisor. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity for career growth, allowing you to gain hands-on experience in both cleaning and supervision.

• Weekdays: You will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms are cleaned to the highest standards, providing a comfortable and welcoming stay for our guests.
• Weekends: You will take on a supervisory role, overseeing housekeeping staff, ensuring quality control, and assisting with department operations.

This position is an excellent stepping stone for those looking to grow into a full-time Housekeeping Supervisor role!

Key Responsibilities:

During the Week (Room Attendant Duties):

• Clean and service guest rooms efficiently and thoroughly, following company standards.
• Replenish linens, towels, and amenities in guest rooms.
• Report any maintenance issues or lost and found items.
• Ensure high cleanliness and sanitation standards in all rooms and common areas.

During the Weekend (Supervisor Duties):

• Supervise and support housekeeping team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
• Conduct room inspections to maintain quality and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with scheduling and assigning daily tasks.
• Train and mentor team members, providing guidance and support.
• Communicate with management to report progress, challenges, and guest concerns.
