Thereafter CCS will conduct a site visit; we will review the layout of each of your locations and provide you with an accurate quote for cleaning services. This will include a detailed list of equipment recommendations and cleaning operative requirements, on a site-by-site basis.

Once you are happy to proceed the CCS team will create a custom cleaning schedule suited to your requirements, location structures, and budget. CCS offer all-inclusive contract cleaning packages to include cleaning equipment and materials this ensures we achieve consistently high standards of clean.

We directly employ all members of our team; this means that we can allocate optimal numbers of staff to each of your site locations based on site size and cleaning requirements. Each site is assigned a supervisor whom will be visited regularly by their area manager to ensure optimum contract management.

As a CCS client, you will have direct access to your dedicated supervisors and account manager with whom you can discuss day-to-day requirements and utilise the reporting systems we have in place that deliver a 360-degree overview of the cleaning services provided in any pre-agreed format and capturing SLA and KPI scorings.
