Since the outbreak of the global pandemic how we do business has greatly changed. Our priority has been to protect our teams, our customers and the general public. We are adhering to the guidelines published by the WHO and following local legislation in each of the jurisdictions we operate in.
One thing we have noticed during the global pandemic is the wonderful sense of collaboration and togetherness from our teams. Many of our people are working remotely in order to plan and prepare for when all of our teams can return to work.
This pandemic has highlighted the irreplaceable and essential role that cleaners play in our lives. CCS are so proud of our teams who are doing their part to maintain cleanliness and stop the spread of the virus during the crisis.
In preparation for the additional needs of our clients, CCS teams have completed the GBAC fundamentals course. To strengthen our skills and further our knowledge of preventative and responsive infection and contamination control measures in current or potential outbreak situations. CCS teams are GBAC certified in response protocol and use of personal protective equipment.
Our specialist teams understand the importance of proper cleaning and disinfection during this time. We are ready and well equipped to offer extra cleaning support to our clients over the coming weeks as businesses begin to open again.
Remaining agile during challenging times is essential for business continuity. With this in mind our Risk and Compliance team alongside our finance department have created detailed action points within our pre-existing BCP. These updates act as a guide to help us to prepare and respond to the changing situation
CCS understand that this is a rapidly changing situation. Our teams remain up to date on all local and global developments and are ready to adapt in line with them. We are adhering to public health guidelines issued in each jurisdiction and will continue to do so for the duration of the crises.
Each day our management team conduct remote meetings and socially distant meetings when necessary, to ensure that business continues to run smoothly, and we offer a seamless cleaning service.
The safety of our teams, customers and public is our foremost concern. Our cleaning teams have received health and safety training and are adhering to social distancing guidelines. A comprehensive cleaning routine is key in keeping the public safe. CCS provide regular daily cleaning as well as scheduled deep cleans.
CCS understand that communication is essential in strange times like these. We want all of our people and customer’s to be aware of how we are operating and how we are responding to COVID-19.
