Ireland & UK - Head of Specialised Cleaning Team for Ireland and the UK will oversee and manage professional specialised cleaning teams within these regions. This role requires strong leadership, excellent time management skills, and the ability to effectively manage subcontractors. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the cleaning industry and a proven track record of managing large teams and projects.

Operational Oversight: Monitor and evaluate the performance of cleaning teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Compliance: Ensure all cleaning operations comply with relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards.
Budget Management: Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring cost-effective operations.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and provide ongoing development opportunities for team members.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, project status, and other key metrics to senior management.
