We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead internal and external marketing efforts. This role is key in enhancing our brand, promoting company values, and driving industry recognition through award submissions. The ideal candidate will excel in brand management, internal communications, and public relations, while executing campaigns that boost both market presence and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Brand Management:
Own and manage the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all internal and external touchpoints.
Develop and refine the brand’s voice, tone, and narrative to resonate with our target audience, customers, partners, and employees.
Ensure all marketing materials, communication, and campaigns reflect our core values and align with brand guidelines.
Monitor market trends and competitive activity, adapting brand strategies to maintain differentiation.
External Marketing:
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing), PR, and events.
Develop strong media and public relations strategies to build and enhance the company’s reputation.
Identify and pursue industry awards and recognition opportunities, leading the submission process for award entries.
Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and media outlets to promote our products, services, and corporate achievements.
Analyze and report on the performance of external marketing efforts, optimizing for improved results.
Internal Marketing & Communication:
Work closely with HR, Wellness and leadership to develop internal communication strategies that promote company values, culture, and employee engagement.
Lead the creation of internal newsletters, memos, and other communication platforms to keep employees informed and aligned with the company's goals and initiatives.
Organize and promote internal events that build a sense of community and enhance company culture.
Act as a brand ambassador internally, ensuring that all employees understand and live the company’s values and brand promise.
Award Submissions & Industry Recognition:
Research relevant awards and recognition opportunities that align with our company’s strengths and goals.
Prepare compelling case studies, documentation, and submissions for industry awards, ensuring adherence to deadlines and guidelines.
Liaise with internal teams to gather the necessary data and achievements for award submissions.
Track and report on industry awards and benchmarks, positioning the company as a thought leader.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, HR, and executive leadership, to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with business goals.
Support business development efforts by creating marketing collateral and thought leadership materials.
Build and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers, media contacts, and key stakeholders.
Qualifications And Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on both internal and external communications, brand management, and public relations.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and PR strategies.
Proven track record of successful award submissions and securing industry recognition.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong understanding of brand strategy and internal marketing best practices.
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing, social media management tools, and analytics).
Creative, strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
