Position Overview:

CCS Cleaning has an exciting opportunity for you in Grünheide! 💪

We are looking for an experienced Site Operations Manager to lead the cleaning operations for our client within the technology and automotive industry.

In this role, you will oversee the daily activities of cleaning supervisors and operatives, manage budgets, maintain strong client relations, and ensure that all cleaning operations meet our high standards of quality and safety.

You will also act as the primary point of contact between the client and our operations team, reporting directly to the Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership Lead, train, and motivate supervisors and cleaning teams to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. Delegate tasks appropriately and foster a positive, productive working environment.
  • Client Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for the client, maintaining a strong relationship and ensuring client satisfaction through regular feedback and communication.
  • Training and development: Ensure all team members have access to training programs that align with operational needs, equipping them with the skills needed to perform their tasks effectively.
  • Performance Monitoring: Oversee supervisors to ensure they are effectively managing staff schedules, meeting KPIs, and addressing any on-site issues.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and control the budget for the cleaning operations, identifying areas for cost efficiency while maintaining high standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Conduct regular audits and gather customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in cleaning processes and service quality.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations on-site, addressing any risks or issues promptly.
  • Operational Oversight: Provide regular reports to the Director of Operations, highlighting key performance metrics and operational updates.
Qualifications And Skills:
  • Proven experience in operations or facilities management, ideally in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate and manage teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a customer-focused approach to client relations.
  • Ability to manage budgets, track KPIs, and implement continuous improvements.
  • Experience in maintaining high safety standards and compliance with regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to challenges on-site.
