  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a cleaning team effectively.
  • Experience in supervising or leading teams, even in non-professional settings.

  • Proficiency in planning and organizing personnel deployments and work schedules.
  • Capability to optimize work processes to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Effective management of time and resources to ensure smooth operations.

Preferred (but not required):
