Position Overview:

👉 As a Recruitment Specialist at CCS Cleaning, you will lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities for our operations in Ireland and the UK, while also providing cross‑border recruitment support for other European markets when needed

This role combines strategic recruitment planning with hands‑on execution, ensuring CCS attracts high‑quality talent across multiple sites and functions. You will partner closely with operational leaders, understand workforce needs, manage high‑volume recruitment campaigns, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment function

The ideal candidate brings strong stakeholder management skills, experience hiring in fast‑paced environments, and the ability to work independently while maintaining excellent communication and structure🚀

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across the UK and Ireland, with occasional support to other European markets 🌍
  • Drive high‑volume hiring campaigns for cleaning and operational staff, while also supporting recruitment for supervisory and specialist roles.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and operational leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies
  • Proactively source, attract, and engage candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing
  • Design and implement scalable recruitment processes for high-volume hiring while maintaining quality and efficiency💡
  • Making sure every candidate has a smooth, respectful, and positive experience ✨
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and use data insights to improve processes and hiring outcomes 📈
  • Support employer branding initiatives and represent CCS at recruitment events, job fairs, and client locations when needed
Qualifications And Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field 💼
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in a high-volume, multi-site environment
  • Strong relationship management skills with proven success partnering with operational teams and senior stakeholders 🤝
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and improve recruitment performance
  • Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus 🌍
